Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

5. Commissions & Payments

  • Affiliates earn a commission on successful, completed orders made through their referral link
  • Commissions are only paid on verified, non-refunded orders
  • Payments are processed on a scheduled basis (e.g., monthly)
  • ToughMats UK reserves the right to withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraud or abuse

6. Order Processing & Fulfilment

ToughMats UK is responsible for:

  • Processing all customer orders
  • Handling production, shipping, and customer service
  • Managing returns, refunds, and disputes

Affiliates are not responsible for order fulfilment but should direct customer queries to our support team.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Create unofficial pages pretending to be the brand
